The use of the website implies the express and full acceptance of the conditions set out here, without prejudice to those special conditions that may apply to specific services offered through the website.

VT-Lab reserves the right to modify at any time these conditions of use, as well as any other particular conditions, at any time. VT-Lab may cancel or suspend the service at any time and unilaterally.

Intellectual property rights over the contents of the website

All the elements that conform the website, the Augmented Reality applications for iOS or Android and the Virtual Reality applications for Oculus HMD, HTC or Windows Mixed Reality, as well as its structure, design and source code, are VT-Lab's property and are protected by intellectual and industrial property regulations.

The total or partial reproduction of the contents of this website, as well as its modification and/or distribution without citing its origin or requesting prior authorization is forbidden.

VT-Lab accepts no liability whatsoever for the use by third parties of the content of the website and may take whatever civil or criminal action it deems appropriate in the event of any infringement of these rights by the user.

Protection of personal data according to the RGPD

VT-LAB trademark of VISUAL TECHNOLOGY LAB, in application of the regulations in force regarding the protection of personal data, informs that the personal and professional data collected through the forms of the Website: VT-LAB.COM, of the platform: VT-Platform and of the applications for Oculus, IOS & Android are included in the specific automated files of users.

The collection and authorized treatment of the personal data or the 3D models is intended for the maintenance of the commercial relations and the performance of information, formation, counselling and other VT-Lab's tasks.

These data will only be disclosed to those entities that are necessary for the sole purpose of fulfilling the above-mentioned purpose. VT-Lab takes the necessary measures to ensure the security, integrity and confidentiality of the data in accordance with the provisions of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data.

The user may at any time exercise the rights of access, opposition, rectification and cancellation recognized in the aforementioned Regulation (EU). The services provided by VT-LAB are aimed for persons over 16 years of age. If we become aware that we have collected personal data from a child under the age of 16, we will promptly delete such personal data, unless we are legally obligated to retain such data.

In the exceptional case that a service is developed specifically for minors under the said age, VT-Lab will request the consent of the parents or guardians for the collection of personal data or, where appropriate, for the automated processing of such data.

The VT-Lab website records user navigation, using the Hotjar or other tools, for statistical purposes and to improve the user experience, as well as analyzing the user behavior that navigate on the web platform through other digital marketing tools like Google Analytics.

Digital content stores. When the VT-Platform applications are downloaded through a third-party service provider as Meta Quest, Play Store or App Store, we can disclose your personal data to the store with the purpose of facilitating the access to the store content.

Exemption from liability

The services offered on the VT-Lab website dedicated to the VT-Platform service will not be held liable for any interruptions caused by the visualization of BIM models in Virtual or Augmented Reality or in the general use of VT-Platform during the software development phase.

The entities that provide services on the VT-Platform website of VT-Lab will not be held responsible for any possible liability for damages of any kind that may be due to the lack of veracity, validity, completeness or authenticity of the information provided by users in the BIM models.

In relation to the above, the aforementioned entities are not responsible for the opinions expressed by professionals in the sector in the blog dedicated to the dissemination of content and news.

Likewise, the entities that provide services on the VT-Platform website of VT-Lab are not responsible for the websites to which they may refer via links, banners or other devices, nor for the contents that these may include in their portals.

The VT-Platform Virtual and Augmented Reality applications require development technologies that may not be compatible with all the devices, this may lead to fails and error in them. Consult the usage conditions of your device with the manufacturer before downloading VT-Platform AR or VT-Platform VR in your device.

In relation with your use of the VT-Platform services, you will maintain safe and appropriate contact with other users and others in the real world... You will abstain of using the application in not save environments, as well as from engaging in any activity that may result in death, personal injury, property damage, nuisance or liability of any kind.

VT-Lab will not be responsible in any case for any damages arising from the use of any of the VT-Platform applications

Exoneration of guarantee

VT-Lab offers no guarantee that VT-Platform's services will be available continuously or free of errors. VT-Platform offer no guarantee related to the quality, precision, integrity or reliability of the generated or displayed content through its applications.

VT-Lab reserves the right to terminate the service to those users who make an inappropriate and malicious use of its application, regardless of the level of user contracted, prior communication and explanation to the client. 

Selling conditions

When you do the subscription, in the VT-Platform website will appeared the remaining time of the acquired subscription, however, the subscription can be modified at any time, doing new contractions.

The invoice will be sent in PDF format within approximately one month to the e-mail address provided.

There is no withdrawal period for subscribing to VT-Platform.

You can pay the subscription through Payplal, Sofort or credit card.

The accounts related to the Plan Free will not have associated an expiration date and its use will not have any additional charge, however, they are susceptible of suffering any modification due to VT-Platform updates or account inactivity. In addition to these modifications, the account could be closed.

VT-Lab recommends to consult the privacy policies of the different websites, in function of the payment method before doing the contraction.

The fees and taxes implemented to the offered products correspond to the origin country, in this case the 21% stated currently in Spain, which corresponds to the Value Added Tax (VAT or IVA in Spain)

OCULUS QUEST application

Before installing the VT-Platform application on your device please check the Terms and Conditions of Use of the manufacturer.

VT-Lab does not collect any user data concerning their OCULUS account, Facebook, or other personal data except that which the user voluntarily uses as personal identification within the application.

User data collected or generated from VT-Platfrom VR such as audio or images generated from within the application is for the purpose of operating, improving and maintaining the application to deliver the experience to the requesting end user whose User Data has been collected, in accordance with applicable privacy policies.

AD-HOC Development

VT-Lab reserves the right to allocate a certain amount of money to the realization of quotations. For the creation/modification of AD-HOC projects, the client will be notified in writing and the client will determine whether he/she wishes us to provide a quotation.

The quotation will have a cost in cases where the solution offered to the client exceeds a certain complexity.
